provided by nonprofit agencies employing persons who are blind or have 
other severe disabilities, and deletes products and services from the

SUMMARY: The Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets 
Control (OFAC) is publishing the names of one or more persons that have 
been placed on OFAC's Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked 
Persons List based on OFAC's determination that one or more applicable 
legal criteria were satisfied. All property and interests in property 
subject to U.S. jurisdiction of these persons are blocked, and U.S. 
persons are generally prohibited from engaging in transactions with 
them.

AGENCY: United States International Trade Commission.

ACTION: Notice of remand proceedings.

SUMMARY: The U.S. International Trade Commission (``Commission'') 
hereby gives notice of the procedures it intends to follow to comply 
with the court-ordered remand of its final determinations in the 
antidumping and countervailing duty investigations of truck and bus 
tires (``TBTs'') from China. For further information concerning the 
conduct of these remand proceedings and rules of general application, 
consult the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure, part 201,

Xanthan Gum From the People's Republic of China: Continuation of 
Antidumping Duty Order

AGENCY: Enforcement and Compliance, International Trade Administration, 
Department of Commerce.

SUMMARY: As a result of the determinations by the Department of 
Commerce (Commerce) and the International Trade Commission (ITC) that 
revocation of the antidumping duty (AD) order on xanthan gum from the 
People's Republic of China (China) would likely lead to a continuation 
or recurrence of dumping and material injury to an industry in the 
United States, Commerce is publishing a notice of continuation of the 
AD duty order.
