SUMMARY: The U.S. Department of Energy (``DOE'') gives notice of a Decision and Order (Case Number [[Page 20112]] 2018-003) that grants LG Electronics USA, Inc. (``LG'') a waiver from specified portions of the DOE test procedure for determining the energy efficiency of specified room air conditioners. Under the Decision and Order, LG is required to test and rate the specified basic models of its room air conditioners in accordance with the alternate test procedure specified in the Decision and Order. DATES: The Decision and Order is effective on May 8, 2019. The Decision and Order will terminate upon the compliance date of any future amendment to the test procedure for room air conditioners located in 10 CFR part 430, subpart B, appendix F that addresses the issues presented in this waiver. At such time, LG must use the relevant test procedure for this product for any testing to demonstrate compliance with standards, and any other representations of energy use. SUMMARY: The Environmental Protection Agency Region 4 is issuing a Notice of Intent to Delete the Tennessee Products Superfund Site (Site) located in Chattanooga, Tennessee, from the National Priorities List (NPL) and requests public comments on this proposed action. The NPL, promulgated pursuant to section 105 of the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) of 1980, as amended, is an appendix of the National Oil and Hazardous Substances Pollution Contingency Plan (NCP). The EPA and the State of Tennessee (State), through the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation (TDEC), have determined that all appropriate response actions under CERCLA, other than Five-Year Reviews, have been completed.
