SUMMARY: The Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that certain frozen fish fillets (fish fillets) from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (Vietnam) are being, or are likely to be, sold in the United States at less than normal value during the period of review (POR) August 1, 2016, through July 31, 2017. SUMMARY: The Commission hereby gives notice of the institution of investigations and commencement of preliminary phase antidumping and countervailing duty investigation Nos. 701-TA-622 and 731-TA-1448 (Preliminary) pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 (``the Act'') to determine whether there is a reasonable indication that an industry in the United States is materially injured or threatened with material injury, or the establishment of an industry in the United States is materially retarded, by reason of imports of dried tart cherries from Turkey, provided for in subheadings 0813.40.30, 0813.40.90, 0813.50.00, 2006.00.20, and 2008.60.00 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States, that are alleged to be sold in the United States at less than fair value and alleged to be subsidized by the Government of Turkey.
