SUMMARY: The Department of Commerce (Commerce) and the International Trade Commission (ITC) have determined that revocation of the antidumping duty (AD) and the countervailing duty (CVD) orders on certain oil country tubular goods (OCTG) from the People’s Republic of China (China) would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping, countervailable subsidies, and material injury to an industry in the United States.
