| SUMMARY: On February 12, 2019, the United States Court of International Trade (CIT or the Court) sustained the final results of redetermination pertaining to the less-than-fair-value (LTFV) investigation of certain carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length plate (CTL plate) from Austria for the period of investigation from April 1, 2015, through March 31, 2016. The implementation of these provisions would advance interoperability and support the access, exchange, and use of electronic health information.
