SUMMARY: In response to a request from Air Master Awning LLC (Air Master), the Department of Commerce (Commerce) is initiating anti- circumvention inquiries to determine whether imports of aluminum jalousie shutters that are processed in the Dominican Republic from window frame extrusions produced in the People’s Republic of China (China), are circumventing the antidumping duty (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) orders on aluminum extrusions from China. SUMMARY: As a result of the determinations by the Department of Commerce (Commerce) and the International Trade Commission (ITC) that revocation of the antidumping (AD) duty order on large residential washers (washers) from Mexico would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping and material injury to an industry in the United States, Commerce is publishing a notice of continuation of the AD duty order. In addition, as a result of the ITC’s determination that revocation of the AD and countervailing duty (CVD) orders on washers from the Republic of Korea (Korea) is not likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the United States, Commerce is revoking the AD and CVD orders on washers from Korea.
