The period of review (POR) is May 1, 2018 through April 30, 2019. Commerce preliminarily determines that none of the 52 companies for which an administrative review was requested, and not withdrawn, demonstrated eligibility for a separate rate, and are, therefore, all part of the China-wide entity.
