Started 2/13 ( Argentina Beef Quota ) Re-activated 7602000035 starts 7/1/25 ( should never have stopped – if stopped in SAP, restart on same day. This was an error in the previous tariff from the ITC) Removed 9903.01.84-89 — ended 2/7/26 ( India ) Added IN back to 9903.01.25, as specific rates went away. So now default Reciprocal applies. Updated 9903.74.09 in the penalty/exemption data to be marked as “for production or repair” ( Reg2 column )
