TN – Special correction. 3 HS codes added.
CN – CN/C9: China/13 digit version. A few new HS codes and the new added US additional duty. For the moment, we are tracking this second duty in a second trade program. We may combine them into one at some point. ( Both need to be applied for HS codes where they are both present ).
KR – Removal of some PH FTA rates in KR. From KR customs: Correction of FTA Tariff Act Enforcement Decree Appendix 17-8 (Agreement Tariff Rates to be Applied to Imported Goods Originating in the Philippines).
US – Updated Sec 232 Penalty rates.
CA – Addition of penalty on US Steel and Aluminum (2025) as well as Chinese made EV vehicles including electric and certain hybrid passenger automobiles, trucks, buses, and delivery vans.
