Tariff Updates Published this week:
CR – ISC tax update under Decree No 44921-MH. No HS or Duty changes.
RS – REGULATION ON HARMONIZATION OF THE CUSTOMS TARIFF NOMENCLATURE FOR 2025 effective from August 22, 2025.
GB – October 2025 Update
CH – October 2025 Update.
EU – October 2025 Update.
DE – October 2025 Update.
CN – Just description updates in CN. ( translation and other corrections ) C9/CIQ/13 digit version has new and deleted HS codes.
TR – List V update (effective on 2025-7-1). Duty rates and ACD rates update applied to QA (effective on 2025-08-1). Footnote (6) and duty rates changes. Duty rates changes and new footnotes as shown in the Decree table. The footnotes (16), (17) and (18) in the Annex-1 of ACD have been repealed.
IS – A number of description corrections, cases when the description should just have been “Other”, but we had some additional text. No other changes.
US – Rev 24 of the US Tariff. Additional duties for 232 Auto/Parts for the EU ( to match how JP was done ). Some new exemptions for the reciprocal ( IEEPA ) tariffs.
BR – GECEX 771, GECEX 791, GECEX 792, GECEX 793, GECEX 794, GECEX 795. HS and Tariff Update effective 10/01/2025.
