As a result, we are excluding certain producers/exporters from the CVD order on lumber from Canada. We also find that certain producers/exporters received countervailable subsidies at above de minimis rates during the January 1, 2015, through December 31, 2015, period of review. For the calendar quarter beginning July 1, 2019, the interest rates for overpayments will be 4 percent for corporations and 5 percent for non-corporations, and the interest rate for underpayments will be 5 percent for both corporations and non-corporations.
