China:
4 New HS codes in Chapter 19 – keep start date as 1/1/2022
Added MY to the RCEP FTA country list beneficiaries—effective 3/18/2022
Other News:
The US appears to be considering adding RU and BY to the “Column 2” rate which would increase tariffs on those 2 countries. At this time it is still news and no official statement has been given by the ITC. This would match what Canada did recently ( moving RU and BY out of their MFN program ).
