Update Announcements:
- Canada announced update T2023-6 effective July 12th. ( not clear what these changes involve yet, all files reflect 7/1 updates still )
New updates published this week:
- EU July 1st update in process ( and GB/DE/CH )
- Mexico announced TODAY a set of HS code and duty rate adjustments. These are in-process and should be live on CI Reference tonight. See the announcement here for details.
- China tariff rate update for July 1st going out today.
- New Zealand July 2023 Tariff Update. No HS Changes.
- Canada July 1 Tariff update. The final duty rate reductions of the Iceland Tariff (IT), Norway Tariff (NT) and Switzerland Liechtenstein Tariff (SLT), included in the Canada-European Free Trade Association (CEFTA) Free Trade Agreement. ( Affects just a few HS codes in Chapter 89 ) The tariff “tree” was updated too – no changes to the final HS codes, but descriptions will be different under 24041 and 30021.
- TW New tariff, now using 2022 WCO nomenclature.
