- India Minor HS correction for missing HS code.
- Malaysia One HS code change ( merged ) and some tax updates.
- Philippines TAX update. ( Wines ).
- Nicaragua TAX ONLY update.
- Kuwait 2023 Tariff update for Kuwait. ( 2/9/23 effective date)
