IN – India May 2025 Update. HS, Tariff and tax.
CL – Change HS description for HS Code 9403.60.30 from “Shelves” to “Cupboards, bookshelves” for English translation. No Other HS Changes.
SV – General rate and FTA updated for 2025
MX – DOF 05-09-2025 – Update on Agreement ACE-55 with Argentina. No HS Changes.
IS – A few translation corrections. Fixed heading 2938 ( missing due to error on Iceland’s web site )
US – Another adjustment to the exemptions based on CSMS # 65054270 and the revised list of Energy Products for CA from CSMS # 65054354
US – Updated for latest Executive Order lower reciprocal tariffs for China. ( Also in CSMS # 65029337 ) Effectively the rate for CN is dropped from 125% to 10%. 9903.01.63 is suspended and CN is moved to 9903.01.25
US – Removed 20 additional duties for 232 penalties that should be excluded because of a 232 Auto penalty on the same HS. ( correction, not an official US update )
CN – Update to the US Additional duties (Taxation Commission Announcement No. 7 of 2025) New/Deleted CIQ ( 13 digit ) codes in C9.
TW – May Tariff update. HS, duty and tax.
AR – Several new HTS/description (in addition to the HTS 44092200100E which became 44092200100K). Update to some rates.
