US ITC Announces Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (2023 Revision 6) May 31, 2023.

This update looks to extend some of the SEC 301 codes, as well as add one new one: 9903.88.68

This new code adds new exclusions to the penalties of 9903.88.01.

We will update the US Tariff as well as the Sec 301 Excel data/extract.
